Catering and Professional Chefs Qualifications

Hospitality is a large sector, employing approximately 2 million people in the UK across a wide variety of roles. Lifelong Opportunities Ltd are pleased to offer the following qualifications which enable learners to complete units that apply to a range of different sub-sectors and roles within the sector. The qualifications below are aimed at those who work in roles that deal with cooking or are chef-related, rather than front of house roles.

  • Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Food Production and Cooking (QCF)
  • Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Production and Cooking) (QCF)

These qualifications form components of the Food Production and Cooking pathway within the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Catering and Professional Chefs.
